Hmm, this seemed like a good idea to me, but I've burned over a hundred rare and sentinel souls and I still don't have him. This seems like a bit of a bs event to me, all this effort and resources just to get a crappy 3 star toon, before you can grind for the good stuff. Don't we usually get to buy the crappy event toon for 250 event frags, not 25 souls @ 200 frags a pop (minus the freebies)? Or am I smokin somethin funny again?
