I've been using:
Templar Crusader Ed (Envious / Cosmic Crusader)
Wicker Man maxed (Ragnarok)
Magus Mongolian Archer (Starfire)
Magus Derby Demon (Viper)

As the enemy goes first on waves 3 and 5, having a team that can counter or reflect damage speeds things up quite a lot. I was previously using S Banshee instead of the Archer.
