I have 99 of the Gold Key (Common) Soul, I was wondering if I could exchange them for something else? I wouldn’t be able to use them all as I’ve more of the same mounting up again ...

They are good for earning ironite if you are a FTP player... Just get an auto team and drop a key every few minutes.

Muzzleloader-8226.
Axes grind and maces clash as wounded fighters fall to the ground
Severed limbs and fatal wounding bleeding corpses lay all around

They are very good (but is very annyoing opening them up every few minutes) so I would buy one or two mega refills and invest the sot there. At the end of the day, you will have more Ironite than the spent.

I cleanse my stack of 100 by using a bunch together. They are a slow grind but you'll steadily increase Ironite. I suggest taking a note of the SoT and Ironite you have, then use 10 back-to-back: despite the SoT expense, it's a slow increase of Ironite. Occasionally the RNG with only let you break even on one key and other times it is very generous with Ironite, so many back-to-back is the best view of the dungeon.
