There's really not much more you can do.

You can put in a ticket that will follow 1 of two paths.

The ticket will get looked at immediately but the team will say "we couldn't replicate this, can you give us more information" and then wipe their hands clean of the issue when you don't give them the solution(which is not the player's job). In the old days you would have gotten a few compensation sands, but now you won't even get a sorry.

Or, the ticket will go unanswered for weeks or months. By the time it does get looked at, it will be flagged as "event issue" and then closed because it's no longer relevant. Leaving what ever caused the error in the first place untouched and unresolved.
