Can you explain that Lucifer thing? It got me confused

When you summon a Lucifer soul, you have a 10% chance of getting a special version that has a different awakening.

Still it is unclear - Lucifer soul you can normally have from Challenges on LoL Dungeon and it looks only once per game (if you are not buying fragments) , and so it looks only new players can have soul normally (with 10% dropping rate). or is there plan to open possibility to achieve this soul somehow ?

Normally they only unlock characters for sac/selling if there are multiple ways of getting them again, so hopefully there will be a new mechanism for Lucifer soul frags (buying them with Lilith frags would be nice... once you have Cosmic Lilith there's not much to do with them and it would fit the general Lord of Light theme).
