So does this GRE have any difference to the normal GRE apart from being reskinned? I think the Legends Edition Different World Machine God was identical apart from the fact he had class advantage against all enemies; is it a similar case here?

Reskinned GRE has 3 blue slots, like standard GRE.
Also, both standard and reskinned Machine Gods have no color slots.

So reskinned are completely identical to standards, at least for now.

They are identical. Legends Edition characters are simply reskins of regular characters. Also, regular DW Machine God has class advantage against all enemies as well.
