Eagle, what are the characters your are after nowadays? I mean theres not much left that you don't have

Basically all the rare toons samurai, red cotd, both generals, cyborg, prisoner for a few. I can say the rng is bad by the amount of rare souls I have turned in. But to be honest I'm not complaining that I don't have them I just think that the people that do have them should have an advantage over the people that don't. Those toons are rare so they should be better, if they are given the right tailismans. This is not the type of game were every toon is created equal.

Those who you listed are in fact better than many others already. I don't think the rarity should mean huge advantage over the other players though.(there are some bad super rare ones there too)

I find the overall char supply is ok balanced between great/good/ bad characters. The real problem for me is giving every player the same chance for the good/great ones....there are players who play since July/August and never got anything 5*, let alone the special chars. Its too unbalanced.

OK, I get your point Eagle - as I said I AM pretty pleased of what I have got so far, because I AM aware that there ARE Maiden fans and the game players who even don't have a part of I do have... But all I am trying to say is NOT all of us have the same things (still could be fun - cause even with the same characters, people ARE different, right? Like in real life - so might be present different builds, different additional skills etc.), but let's say I have LESS (good, great - you name it) Eddies' companions in favour of having about 2 good Eddies... As I said above 3 super great characters and couple others fine, yet still ONE decent Eddie - let's say a bit rare... BUT there ARE people who being at the same level as I am - and having Cyborg Eddie, Tailgunner, Samurai, Grim Reaper and bunch of SUPERB non Eddie chars for example - all this having ONE person - super lucky? - sure he/she is, playing a lot (so DO I), maybe paying for a lot of souls? (so did I, yet could get 4 x 3* Rocket Dogs in a row!)... All I wish to TRY some different Eddies and maybe characters - yet people who have them not willing to accept me - whatever reasons - because their lists are already full or just because I have FINE to me (maxed to its best), yet still NOT so powerful Eddie comparing to Warriors, Gunners or Sentinels... That's fine... I AM NOT jealous, truly... But IF I have more chances to get some other Eddie to upgrade (of course it would took me some time and made me more attached and involved into a game - cause there will be one and only chance to play with some character - while I own it)... Cause now I play just and only just for trooper points to ''buy'' skill shards for my best stuff... Other not so great - could be maxed, but that's it... When I will do the job - the game will be over for me - as I already finished everything on gold (including secret places)... Sure - someone would say that I could be evolving 3* toons into 5* - bad idea I HAVE NOT such a lot of free time to waste... Evolving one 4* to 5* took me over a month with talismans and skill shards... I know the drop rates are going to be fixed, but still... Not worth of efforts to upgrade everything, but with Eddie it's different story... Cause you CAN play the Eddie even all alone, while you can't without him... Having great other chars and poor, average Eddie you'll ALWAYS loose and have to revive all...
Of course that's just my personal opinion and some my aggree and some other not... I believe that Iron Maiden treat every fans the same as we ARE one big family... I guess they are NOT sorting people to better (richer, cooler etc.) or worse (poorer, having less luck etc.) - they play for EVERYONE who loves their music, right? And so it SHOULD BE here... Cause when there are still people who can't pass some levels because not having decent team and so restriction of using one champ per day (but who will invite you while you have 3* characters even not maxed out, cause can't do any progress in the game) and THERE ARE others who have almost everyting... And that's simply not fair... I was lucky enough that some people of this forum gave me the helping hand and let me use their great powerful and so packed champs... But not everyone's like that sad to say...

Imy trooper list is always full and I only drop them is the don't play for three days. Then I post asking for a new one. I wold take a lvl 1 player as long as they were active and used an Eddie as their champion. When is started playing I didn't under stand the troopers so I didn't even use them to finish the game. The August update really hurt players with evolution of toons but it did not make it impossible. I have gotten very few 5*s from souls I evolved the rest. Witkacy I under stand casual players just want to have fun but I still believe that hardcore players should have an advantage especially in pvp (my opinion). In every game I have ever played those that put more time in have always had an advantage. This is where luck comes in to level the field especially in this game.

Yes I know - am still trying to do the same cause now I CAN afford it having my champ maxed out and counting that this may draw someone's attention... On the other hand have few people on my list who have great chars and not playing over a week - still keeping them just because they are great and useful and afraid that when I would dump them I could not find others with the same stuff who are active...
I don't know if I AM a hardcore player - but I can tell you that I spent many hours daily giving all my troopers points (with list 49/50 usually), using a lot of ironites to refil sands of time to play even more, using all the time rifts, getting LOT of rare souls, but so what I am truly involved - last time got green soulless demon, red newborn of light and green pyro soldier of 4* worth to mention - others were 3* harpies, dogs and so on... And I really would love to exchange everything I had pulled lately for ONE Eddie even 3* but the decent one (I guess I've seen somewhere 3* Samurai or 4* Tailgunner) of course there are just examples... Any decent would be fine... There are people who have dups in great Eddies while I don't have any... Not fair a bit... It's totally understandable if would play ocassionally then sure thing I could have lower chances to get something better... But when there are people with level 41 having a lot more great stuff than myself being at 80 then someting's not right I believe...

The rare toons I mentioned before that I don't have is after turning in over 300 rare souls. I play allot. I love this game and think the devs are now doing a great job taking care of issues and communicating. I do think the rng can be quite harsh. But when it comes to leveling the toons you do have its all about the time u put in. I'm just waiting on sacrifice and more character slots to save the day.

The most fair sollution would be if you COULD pick your reward even if it would cost you a lot of points... That way you would know it's worth to wait and save and you'll not ended with another useless thing... Sure not Samurai - 20k points, but let's say 5* Eddie - to preserve some excitement... But not like with legendary souls when there are 5* on it and you can get 4* char... Kinda ripping off...
The rules are clear - play a lot - have enough points - got great stuff, if not yet - you have to play more - but then everyone would be happy I guess and have more equal chances...

All the basic eddies are crazy good if you level them. I got lucky and out of all the rare souls I got a single samurai Eddie and I don't even use him much unless I'm playing manually. Soldier is my go to, but recently I've started leveling my Econo eddies and wickerman, sol, and basic Eddie are epic. You don't need all the rare souls, it's def a want, not a need. You can farm the shards to level your characters in the rifts. And everyone has to grind out their talismans. Getting the right party synergy is key to auto farm and the high level rifts. Choose your allies and talisman builds carefully.
The game gives you some OP allies for free out of regular souls and all of us had to make due with them in the beginning.
TBH it looks like the RNG was pretty kind giving you the green demon, CR, and the nomad :O

I got your point there - but I bet a lot of people using the game Eddies NOT because they are so crazy good, but because simply they don't have any other option... Having really STRONG team you can afford on everything you want I guess... Play any level, any dungeon, any stage and you can ALWAYS win (maybe not? )... It HAPPENED to me that fairly a lot I've died using all maxed Soldier Eddie in Underworld Madness Secret Place so I guess Soldier is not that good... Even now with my CR Eddie I have to watch out what I am doing and can't play some levels on auto even if I have Warrior Troll and The Nomad by my side... As for the Green Demon - I would dump him - he has no passive (disappointing - every 4* that I've own so far have any)... Aurora as I wrote before - and please don't get me wrong - I am NOT complaining of what I have got, yet I just would like to that what I am getting would be more useful, right... It doesn't matter to me really if I get 20 4* chars or 25* star chars - It's pretty obvious that I will test each one, but not gonna max and evolve everything... Just for evolving... No, I am maxing ONLY those which I find trully useful for me now - as I find PDK is great companion to CR Eddie because he can boost his magic and so clears debuffs etc., or may be useful in general like Nomad or Warrior Troll... But I would be more pleased if having 10 companions but more Eddies in general... As for Eddies though - I've started with RTTH Eddie as he was granting perfect hits which is mandatory upon many quests... And it was my mistake I've put it into him so many skill shards I've got during playing the story of game... He was not so good either even with all talismans at 40... Too much healing him... While I've got CR Eddie finally I could move on with the game (have tested him before few times) because his ability of killing & healing at the same time So it's not just about all maxing up, but the ABILITIES all the Eddies have...
