Tuning Update: We’ve run into a couple of issues with getting you the Tuning Update today. We’re working through them and are targeting to get the update to you tomorrow (October 14).

I agree the update is not online cause this morning, only shards or poor runes in secret areas. Underworld madness with 2 shards makes me very very angry !
