Try to buy Sentinel Rare souls as much as you can, if you have trooper points. I got mine from a Sentinel Rare soul.

That's what I'm doing... Spent all my trooper points for this... Tried already 15ish sentinel rares and about 30 normal rares plus 100 normal souls or so... All I get is the usual suspects that names shall not be spoken out loud...

I got my second PDK just minutes ago.
