February 14th 2017 PVP Arena Update Discussion

After he won Killhouse wrote a very well-written analysis of his PvP strategy. It would be interesting if GMAC and ShaolinLondo did the same.

I prefaced my comment by saying of course the Prisoner makes things easier. But a non-Prisoner team has passed me and frankly may even win the competition this week. So my point was it's doable. Harder? Yes. Worth it? To GMAC obviously it is. To others it may not be.

The odd thing is, I must not be using my Prisoner right, he can't hit worth a damn, and I've rarely encountered other Prisoners in PVP. But my team is consistantly beaten by Grim Reaper Eddie, Angel of Fear, Allied Soldiers, and the Trolls. So I'm doing something wrong if I'm not in the top right?

IF I see GMAC in my attack list for the final few hours I will loose on purpose (not that I have much choice anyway - if I go first maybe) - better him than any of the Prisoner cheats.

No, I don't consider him 2 b op. It's his passive which makes him elite.

It might help a bit if you would share the toons you have available. If you take a knife to a gunfight - you might do something wrong. If you don't have the toons for competing - don't worry and just collect iron coins for skillshards and souls.

One of the main things is skillshards. Without proper toons fully or decent skillsharded you won't have much fun above 2000 points. Even with fully skillsharded toons it's not easy.

The Prisoner doesn't need to hit hard. He voids any passive and stuns quite often for 2 turns. So if you are lucky enough to have one he is a must on your team right now.
