Odd, we've not been pushing new data since after the update went live.
I've passed along what you're experiencing to the team, but perhaps try deleting cache data (if on Android) or uninstalling/reinstalling (if on iOS)? It sounds like the game doesn't think it has up to date data for some reason.
EDIT: Can you check if you're running out of disk space? One of the programmers indicated that might be what's happening.

Now that I played for almost 3 days, all can I say is that Im sad.
Im a lucky man. I got almost no bugs, or only once or twice. But in general Im not happy with the game. Earlier I was about to post a more detsiled impression, but had no time.
A good point is that now I rotate some toons I dont used before. But everything is so bugged. In paper, the patch should be great. Guess I'll do the basics, play when bored in traffic, and wait more unknown time for BNW launch.
Huh, odd indeed. I've passed that to the programmer in question to see if he as any other ideas why that might be.
Hm, I wonder if that's related to some of the sacrifice error popups. I've passed that along to see if there is something related there.

It is beyond me how things can continually go so wrong man. I understand Murphy's law but we're just way past that point by now. You would think that just once, everything would go right for a change. I am very close to just calling it quits after months of supporting the app.
I personally put a lot of faith (and money) in you guys to get it right and I'm continually let down by NF. It is really disappointing dude. Every update seems to be a fix for the last update that breaks something else and doesn't fix what's already broken! "When boy, when?" lol.... its literally going "up in smoke" man lol
