Comet talisman. No idea where it drops. Forgot to mention comet skill costs 8 power. Does AOE and is powerful. I think it has a chance to freeze enemies too and do extra damage when they thaw.

I don't think it drops. They came with the founders pack I think. Same with the Meteor Set.

No. Alot of buffs are affected by others so it could be extended or shorted.
