    Good luck with it. I went about 3-4 days with nothing but the automated response. They did eventually get to it though. I’m guessing it’s a little more time consuming than some of the easier support fixes.

    Ideally they would just fix the game, but....

    Edit: 3-4 business days I should say. I don’t think they’re in the office on weekends.
