Trooper playing bugged!?!

Have to open this thread again cause I received very less badges this week. In combination with daily reward bug yesterday is it possible that trooper playing is also bugged? Did you receive my daily badges? Played every day except Tuesday (sorry, was ill and down).

normally you receive my badge all days of the year if there is no bug

I don't have many troopers (8-10) but I also had fewer the last 3-5 days.

One I haven't gotten from in 5 days, but they posted yesterday they were going casual and no badge guarantees, so that may be the reason.
One missed 29-30 October.
One missed 30-31 October.
One missed several days, but they've been pretty random anyway.

I didn't get any from you 28-31 October, but, per our discussion, I also did play yours some of those days, so I presumed that was intentional.
Looking back, I did play your Mayan (whatever) less than I thought, but I know for a fact that I played when you swopped to Navigator.

With so few troopers, I can't say my experience argues for or against game issues, but except for the random player, everyone has be a reliable daily player.

I rather do missions/ event/ whatever than disappointing my troopers! I play through all 50 every fucking day and badges don’t arrive at my troopers! This really sucks and makes me angry! Will write a report to support, but if this is not fixed immediately and accurately, I will leave this shitty game!

A small addition...
Just logged in to see I had 75 more badges than when I last played, and got no popup of who they were from.
Among a couple of the days I mentioned I know that my totals were somewhat off.
Other days I can account for every badge received.

Perhaps people have been getting badges but not popups, or perhaps some of both.
Don't know if others are keeping track of just names that popup or badge totals, or both.
Too hard to tell with my small sample.

As Michelle told me, trooper playing and badge exchange is working fine and, sorry honey, I didn’t believe it, I made some investigations myself to see if it’s like that or not. Last four days every time at reset looked at added trooper points and shown troopers who played my champ, for this restarted the game bout four or five times a day as usual. Had no game crashes when playing troopers and played every 50 as usual. Result was quite surprising (or maybe not,considering this game being „a little bit bugged“ &#128539.

Day 1:
shown trooper badges: 37
added trooper points: 2.500 (maximum,13 not shown)

Day 2:
shown trooper badges: 48
added trooper points: 2.450 (that was the only day it was running correctly)

Day 3:
shown trooper badges: 36
added trooper points: 2.325 (7 not shown)

Day 4:
shown trooper badges: 32
added trooper points: 2.450 (16 not shown).

🤔 Will report this to support again. Suggestion of showing badges in a pop up when switching from pve to pvp or bnw or whatever when game is loading anyway would be a good solution I think. Not being an expert in programming but I’m sure this is makeable and would be more reliable.

You should be getting badges from me every day. I rarely have crashes. For the purpose of your investigation I’ll PM you if something happens.

I can confirm this observation. I started an excel spread sheet to check and to follow the use of troopers a couple of weeks ago. I realized that the actual number of trooper points in my account is higher then the sum of me playing my troopers and the badges shown when I log in. over the last 5 days there are over 2000 Badges that weren't shown but are on my account. Interesting enough it seems to be a problem of certain devices or accounts. i.E i received daily badges from e.g. Andy or Blacksteel but not from you or chaosego (who somewhere wrote in this thread as well). So if you played all your troopers that would mean that you and Chaosego are part of the group whose badges are not shown regularly.

P.S. same goes for me I played all my troopers daily and only had two crashes in the last week or so. One with LobOfett and one with Spartensh1tl. So everybody else should have recieved daily badges from me.

Edit: I did'mt have my list with me yesterday. But I just checked my list and it it aren't 600 but 2'300 Badges that weren't shown but are on my account.

I always completely close the game, as when I first started I just did 'home' to close but wasn't seeing the daily reward popup.
Support said I was getting them regardless of popup; while I never tried to prove it to myself, I do believe the answer.
Never really tried with troopers, but I am not surprised it's the same.

This does take longer to start when I play, but I usually am only able to jump in 2-3 times a day, so not too big a deal.

I almost always get trooper popups, so keep very precise stats on badges on my spreadsheet.
Seems the only way for me to really know what's what, and who the freeloaders are.
