soul skull quests and drops

I have three runs of both soul quests so far (during increased chances of 4 and 5 star from rare souls) with no rares dropping, only normal souls. I'll post my results tonight on the fourth run of both quests. Anyone else having similar results?

Why should there be a increased chance of rare souls dropping on SQs? There also is no for LoL. NF would do us a favour with that, so it won’t happen

Two more runs on 2 days of both soul skull quests yielded one rare soul and a few normal souls. I did not say I wanted increased rate of rare souls dropping (although that would be nice for an event). I was merely noticing a marked decrease in the rate of drops of rare souls.
