Made a Tier VII sacrifice, filled the Vortex and no Hubris Souls. Sent my email to Support before even logging on here. Let's see how long this takes to fix.

Even if you cannot make it to a Tier VI sacrifice right now, don’t forget that you can open common Souls and sacrifice the results for a chance at Rare Souls. You can then use the Rare Souls to get enough 3 star and 4 star extra characters for your next Tier VI sacrifice!

Pshhhh after about 3 ring fills worth of exalted sacrifices, turned in some 40 or 50 hubris souls and didn't get either character. GG

At least I got Crusader Eddie though, that's neat, I guess.
