Different souls, same character?

I opened few different souls today, 1-3*, rare souls, wanderer soul in a few hour intervals, result?

3x 3* sentinel chopper, is this normal or it's a bug? I also got duplicated speed of light eddies few days ago, so who generates souls and allows duplicates or more in such a short time? It starts to remind me on wending machine where you get the same result over and over again and stops being exciting to play.

it is just the "chance" system of the game, yes it is totally aleatory.....yes...
There is a dupe system but they don't want and can't admit it or there is a giant bug in the game ^^

Like blade said. I call it account-based RNG. Happens to everybody all the time. Once you get a character, be sure to get it again and again and again...
