I’ve always been fond of very supporting characters (or Party Enhancers) in LotB. And healing is quintessential support. So if your team needs a healer (or a cleanser) but you don’t know what, here’s a list of all healers and what they do:
Eddies:
Warrior
Trooper Eddie
War Call (5PWR) – AoE, based on their ATK. AoE MR increase for 2 turns.
Shaman Eddie
Fruit of the Gods (4PWR) – AoE, grants Lifesteal and Spell Vamp to all allies and grants Shaman Eddie an extra turn.
Shaman can heal (kind of)? Neat!
Samurai Eddie
Soul Sheath (5PWR) – Self, grants Lifesteal for 3 turns, as well as an Extra Turn and a 30% chance to gain Invincibility for 2 turns.
Too bad it's only for Samurai Eddie, but this can be very powerful.
Coalgiver Eddie
Holy Sign (5 PWR) – Single target. Heals with 50% chance to grant Immunity for 2 turns. Heal amount based on your ATK, and the targets’ MAX HP
Re-Gift – Single target. Heal and Cleanse an ally, with a 35% to get an extra turn. Heal amount based on target’s MAX HP.
Coalgiver is probably the most support-oriented of the Warrior Eddies, and a good all-round team choice. Man I wish I got one.
Run To The Hills Eddie
Hack (4PWR) – Self? Deals single target physical damage with a 75% chance to inflict Heal Block for 2 turns, and Heals for 30% of your current ATK.
Embolden – Self, amount based on MAX HP, raises ATK for 2 turns
Like so many of his other skills, RttH Ed’s heal is all about self-sufficiency and single targets.
(Holy Smoke) Eddie
Assault – self, heals if the target is stunned.
Holy Smoke's new main ability gives him a bit of suitability and in instant combo ability. Very cool
Rise (4PWR) – AoE, amount based on ATK, deals AoE physical damage and 2% chance to get an extra turn.
It's great that this got changed from Heal to Rise, as now you have no reason to up your MAGIC damage for him. A very necessary buff for the character.
Sentinel
Pharaoh Eddie
Revive All (6PWR) – AoE, revives and heals, amount based on your MAX HP and MAGIC.
Works very well because Pharaoh Eddie excels as a tank. The heal is a little low without some investment in his MAGIC stat though.
Visions (of the Beast) Eddie
Equilibrium (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on your MAGIC and MAX HP, heals and removes negative effects for 2 turns
Very useful in PVP. Note that the Cleanse effect is immediate, while the heal occurs only before the start of your next turn.
Viking Eddie
Loot – Self. Deals single target true damage and steals a positive effect. Heals 15% of your MAX HP if a positive effect is stolen.
Maraud (5 PWR) – AoE. Heals allies for 30% of your MAX HP, extends your party's buffs by 2 turns and enemy debuffs by 1 turn.
Viking has a lot of tricks up his sleeve. Loot can be hilarious for stealing Invincibility or Ghost, and Maraud is a better version of Preserve. Awesome.
Fear of the Dark Eddie
Draining Growth (Fury) – AoE, heals all allies based on the number of negative effects on all enemies, deals physical AoE damage based on your DEF.
Use Spread Terror before using your Fury for maximized results. Or some debuffers in your team.
Mummy Eddie
Sacred Sanction (4PWR) – Removes a negative effect on all allies and has a chance to replace the negative effect with a shield based on their MAX HP.
Against debuff-heavy enemies, this is a handy skill to have. That chance for the Titan Shield makes it even better!
Magus
Grim Reaper Eddie
Horrow – 3 hits of magic damage with 50% to Heal per hit, with 25% chance for an extra turn.
Spell Vamp (3PWR) – self, heals for 60% of the magic damage dealt for 2 turns, AoE magic attack
Dance of the Dead (Fury) – AoE magic damage, revives all allies (health will be in orange) with a 50% chance to Doom enemies.
That Fury takes a while, but it's great.
Mystic Eddie
Truth and Lies (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MR and target's MAX HP, with a 50% chance to Transform all negative effects into a random buff.
Mystic Eddie is built to support your team, and if that Cleanse chance triggers, even better.
Edward The Great
Knight’s Honor (6 PWR) – Grants AoE Sacrifice Status for 3 turns. Sacrifice gives an AoE full heal if the character with it dies.
Wise Council (5 PWR) – AoE, based on MAX HP, heals and gain non-golden buffs of allies.
Carriage Rider Eddie
Torch (3PWR) – Self, removes debuffs and heals, 75% chance to Regen HP of a random ally for 2 turns, deals magic damage to single target.
Hoo boy. You’ll probably be using Torch more for its utterly insane single target damage, but the heals are a nice bonus.
Preserve (5PWR) – AoE, amount based on MAGIC, increase effect duration of positive effects
Looks good on paper if you have a buffer with you.
Life Line – AoE, character heals for 60% of the magic damage they deal for 2 turns
A truly excellent skill if your allies deal magic damage. This one got me through some tough spots.
Speed of Light Eddie
Restore – AoE, extends duration of allies’ beneficial effects. Heals 60% of target's MISSING HP (according to the October 2016 Tuning thread)
Leech (4PWR) – Self, heals 20% of your MAX HP for each debuff consumed, deals AoE magic damage.
Too bad the heal got nerfed recently.
Wicker Man Eddie
Crumble (2PWR) – Self, heal for 60& missing HP, reduces enemy Fury and gain Power.
Useful because Wicker Man Eddie is very squishy. The Fury reduction is also nice against bosses such as Aset and the Gunner Lord of Light
Gunner
Cyborg Eddie
Calibrate – Self. Removes Negative Effects, heals for 25% of Missing HP, 30% chance to gain Immunity for 2 turns
Scan (5PWR) – Self. 45% chance to steal beneficial effects, heals 15% of HP for every removed beneficial effect, deals AoE true damage that scales with SPECIAL.
Helps compensate for the Cyborg's general squishiness.
Aces High Eddie
Roulette – AoE, amount based on their MAX HP, may get a PWR, Fury, ATK, or Accuracy increase.
Rise (4PWR) – AoE, amount based on ATK, deals AoE physical damage and 2% chance to get an extra turn.

Hallowed Eddie
Predict (3PWR) – self, Grants True Damage Shield and HP Regen for 2-4 turns, and a 25% chance to get an Extra Turn.
Immovable (6PWR) – self, based on MAX HP, grants Invincibility for 1-3 turns.
Tailgunner Eddie
Laugh – AoE, 50% chance to heal on each hit, based on Current HP,. Deals 3 hits of physical damage and increases DEF and MR for 2 turns.
Soldier Eddie
Roulette – AoE, amount based on their MAX HP, may get a PWR, Fury, ATK, or Accuracy increase.
Navigator Eddie
Charted course – Self, heals 25% of your MAX HP, increases DEF of allies for 1 turn and decreases ATK of enemies for 1 turn.
Scourge (5PWR) – AoE, heals 30% of MAX HP with a 50% chance to lower DEF, lower Accuracy, or Stun random enemies for 2 turns.
Navigator is a great supporting Gunner Eddie, and not only because of his heals.
Assassin
Vampire Hunter Eddie
Rebirth (Fury) – AoE. Revives all allies (to 35% HP) and grants Critical Strike for 3 turns, deals single target true damage.
Claim – AoE. AoE magic damage, heals allies based on missing HP for every Mark on the target. Heals 10% of HP if no Marks are present.
Rouse (5PWR) – 35% chance to revive a dead ally, deals physical and magic damage
Rainmaker Eddie
Claim – AoE. AoE magic damage, heals allies based on missing HP for every Mark on the target. Heals 10% of HP if no Marks are present.
Storm Eddie
Healing Rain – Random. Heals random allies up to 3 times, with a 45% chance to increase Power Generation for each ally alive.
If you can get over his random targeting, Storm Eddie is an incredibly useful character and the only Assassin Eddie most of us will have. I expect that the Power Generation chance increases in PVP and the dungeons as you have more characters there.
Eternity Eddie
Power of Light (4PWR) – Self, heals for 30% of MAX HP, and gain a Reflect Shield.
It's like the Gunner Undead Allied Soldier's move, except for himself and with a better shield
Eternals:
The Clairvoyant:
Time to Live (6PWR) – Random, Revives a random ally with full HP and grants a Damage Reduction Shield to all allies for 2 turns.
Inner Fire (Fury) – AoE, Deals AoE magic damage and Revives and Heals all allies. Removes Negative Effects from all allies for 3 turns.
The Clairvoyant is at this point quite possibly the best supporting character in the game.
Wrath:
Savage Strike – Deals AoE physical and magic damage with a 45% chance to Remove Beneficial Effects. Heals you for 15% of your MAX HP for every Mark on the targets.
This only works when your enemies are Marked. Still, nice that this is in your basic move!
Troopers:
Bastion:
Bugle Sound (6PWR) – AoE. AoE Heal with a 35% chance to grant AoE Counterstrike for 2 turns, with 35% Chance to grant Revenge to self for 2 turns.
Lady Azov:
False Angel – AoE, based on MAX HP. Deals 3 hits of single target true damage with a 20% chance to Remove Beneficial Effects on each hit. Heal on final hit.
Warlord:
Phantom Blade (7PWR) – Self, based on MISSING HP. Deals single target random damage and inflicts Ghost on the enemy for 2 turns.
