Looks like a lot of us are hemorrhaging Troopers due to summer and/or burnout. Mariner posted one of his non forum active troopers the other day and I ended up getting a solid Trooper out of it. The below are my non forum active Troopers. They have proven to be consistent. You could try sending them a request. You may get a good trooper out of it. (If I listed anyone that actually on the forums, my bad.)

Thanks for the adds Inishmore, GotN, Crazypants, and Thealchemist! I was able to send all of you badges before the reset yesterday, and am currently working on sending all of you and my other troopers badges for today too.

Thanks crazypants, for the list of reliable troopers. Currently my list is full again, but I will keep the three you listed in mind should a spot on my list come open again in the near future.
