It really depends on what the use case is. What you want for PVP will often be different from what you want for the Garden and LOL missions. I would start with these threads:

My personal Gunner Dog and Gunner Pharaoh Dog builds are for the Garden missions:

Gunner Dog: Purge (Will), Hunter (Fierce), rando green
Gunner Pharaoh Dog: Guard (Overwhelming), Immunity (Will), rando purple

I don't have a build yet for my Magus Mayan Priestess. She's just holding onto some spare talismans for the time being.

I've never used the Magus Mayan Priestess, but if I was gonna build her for the Arena, I would probably go for something Like Energy/Cyclone (since she's a multi-character hitter) without a blocker, and Predator/Predator/Penetrating with one.

I have ran into a Mages Mayan Priestess in pvp and she was unkillable. Endure stayed with her the whole match and we drawed out. Got lucky with a rare soul last week that dropped her. So with her it would be a pvp build. ATM I have a set of cyclone and a set of freeze talismans on her. Seems to work in pve while leveling,opponents are either sleeping or frozen. As far as her being unkillable for me I know it was the team I went in with but I am still a little puzzled because that passive stayed with her the whole match even though I was using Beast Eddie and Blood Ritual has an 85% chance to Disable Passives.

Permadeath or Remove Beneficial Effects should sort it out.

I have MMP leveled,sharded and all her Talismans leveled and she hits like a frieght train. I have been wanting and waiting for the Corrupt General to drop since the game started with absolutely no luck at all in acquiring him. Now that I have her I don't care if I get him or not,she is much better IMO.

I have angel and energy on him. Haven't really tried any of the more recent talismans on him though.
