I get plenty of Magus and Warrior voidlings but for some reason they decided to take out the sentinel one. So now I'm going to only be missing one character and it's a one star. Somehow that might be the most annoying stupid thing the frogs have done.

occasionally, they're useful in the challenges to apply various effects. Been a couple times when I've looked at Deathbat's table of effects, and been like "I don't have any of these chars... oh wait !"

Magus Voidling's amazing abilities to 35% chance silence, or 50% chance increase magic, will come in handy, I'm 110% sure of that !

Always one of each. Maybe they'll be useful in a challenge and it's fun to fill up a team with a bunch of lvl 100 1*s with the strongest talismans and let them loose.

I mean keep 'em if ya want. I can see it if you merely want to collect everything.

However, to the best of my knowledge there's nothing a 2 star character does that isn't possible with 3 star or better characters. No 1 or 2 star character has any unique or rare ability, none of them. The same is true for 99% of the 3 star characters as well. A few of the 3 stars (demon spawns, etc.) have a passive ability that is unique as a passive.

I'm not meaning to imply it's a mistake to keep them, only that you could find better useful characters for the limited character slots if you are close to filling the 500 slots.

it's also a laugh when you get the pop-up for "last week's winners" in the Arena, and it's three sandworms on the podium.
