Aim Talismans are blue talismans with a 2 set effect that is not available anywhere else! Equip a full set to grant Perfect Hit to self at the start of battle for 2 turns and Perfect Accuracy to self at the start of battle for 1 turn!

Yggdrasil Talismans are green talismans with a 5 set effect that is not available anywhere else! Equip a full set to reduce damage taken by 60% and gain Immunity to Silence, Seal, Blind, and all Skill Disabling effects (not including Passive Disable). These Talismans also block incoming damage for allies below 50% HP and will take 10% of your MAX HP as random damage for each attack blocked. Finally, this set will reduce all healing on the enemy team, Doom any enemy inflicted with Perfect Stun at the start of your turn, and Grant Golden Hit to each ally.



Explosive Fragments are the event currency of our overarching Operation Midnight event that is running through February.

Agreed. We haven't had an option to earn these keys in a while and we had an event that used them in between then and now. Odds are nobody has these keys except for the lucky few who will get them from Master Keys. 15 times is too damn much but buying that last fragment would also be too much and that's definitely what they want. We either buy the resources for that key or we just outright buy the talisman itself.

It's a copy of the last "event" (although it had a different frontier other than powerslave... You know to be unique)... Forcing people to buy Mayan keys

For those of us who still have challenges to complete in the Mayan Dungeon, its not such a biggie, but I get it - It makes things somewhat unreachable for some players, particularly those still on the rise. That said, getting the yggdrasil talis are probably out of reach for everyone bar those in the top flight anyway - which means the key cost is less of an issue when you get lots of FC anyway.

Edit: I would note that the only factor making it tougher for older players now is the release of BHE in the FC store.... Thats a lot of FC to save up for, even when FC is relatively easy to come by!

The whole thing is indeed a refreshed copy-paste thing from what we saw around christmas.
Pretty costly to run all the dungeons for the event! For me it's "ok", as I still have open missions in 3/5 of the dungeons anyway so it's time to work on that and get bonus rewards.

The overlap with the sac event is a nice thing to get some of needed keys!

I'm nearly 100% positive that I cross-referenced every entry in Deathbat's guide, to the Compendium, to the in-app display of Character abilities, and concluded that the Missions tab does register verified use of "Block Beneficial Effects"

For example: Sentinel Valkyrie's basic skill, Starblind specifically states BLOCK BENEFICIAL EFFECTS, with 35% (+25%) chance, for 1 (+1) turn Duration.

Not sure what is going on there. I had no problem with it using Sentinel Killer Prime. I used a mellower Eddie than normal (avoiding Gambler Eddie) so as not to kill him in a second. It completed in about 30 runs, I think. Try Killer Prime and see how that works.

You're right about Perfect Corruption being a different buff, but I think "Block Beneficial Effects" is what they call the regular red version of Corruption. Can't remember what it's called when you view the debuff in game, but it uses the red Corruption icon. You can't easily find in the Compendium, but using Deathbat's Guide most of the characters who "Block Beneficial Effects" should work.

Like many others, I used Crusader Eddie's 100% past basic, and teamed him with APMA the red robot for the Lower ATT/MAG 100% basic. Using Clairvoyant as the other ally let me remove Immunity without dealing too much damage. Using a good Eddie to tear through the early waves, and swapping to Crusader for the boss, I was able to use both effects at least twice each run.

Corruption is the new name for block beneficial effects before silver versions of most effects existed. Its an obsolete effect because only old school characters can apply it. Most newer characters do perfect corruption. The compendium shows that SOL applies corruption but in game his future basic says applies block beneficial effects. If you look at the effect in battle it is the same symbol as what the compendium calls corruption, but even in battle it says block beneficial effects. Just another example of the lack of attention to detail with this game.

I can't find a different image for red Corruption and Block Beneficial Effects? Looking at an old fan wiki, Corruption used to have a different effect (increasing the duration of negative effects), but had the same icon as BBE. A few things have changed since launch, and this might be one of them?

Whos best for time bombs? I swear I remember some recent event where we got a char or talisman that was awesome for bombs, but for the life of me I cant remember or find anything (has anyone ever mentioned how shite the forums search function is!?!?).

Going savage reaper atm, which is doing the trick, but not every turn. Suppose a bit of gold farming doesnt hurt atm, but still, the above question is frustrating me!

There is a toon that applies time bomb passive for start of battle. Put trooper on it so to give allies echo when they take damage. Then use the major with echo, that way you possible get several turns with a time bomb each time. Then use DDE. First round use its single hit to take out the dogs. Second round use the major as many times as possible. Then use DDE fury you can get many time bombs.

A second way is to appy as many negative effects of beezy the first round. Each negative effect will be turned into bombs with DDE fury.

I didn't use them for the KB challenge, but bonfire talismans may be helpful for applying time bombs as well.

For Beezle, I used KP, Iron Eddie for block beneficial effects and green Savage Reaper for attack down.

I used Corrupt Feldmarschall with a cosmic echo for MR down and assassin Krampus with a cosmic echo for lower accuracy. They each get multiple turns that way. I paired them with Alex Ed just to make sure I beat Beast.

Coalgiver and crimson dog work good for accuracy down. Angel was good for MR down. You may try to put trooper on dog to give the team echo.

I should have been able to set up my team, pop the key, start auto-play and then check back later to start the next Achievement. Now, instead of that I'm constantly fiddling with my phone and watching the clock, hoping I'll clear 25 measly runs in an easy, 2-hour dungeon.



I think.. and I'm completely speculating.. that it's the dungeons with 6 enemy lineups.. so many graphics going on at times with 6 enemies... that the app crashes or freezes.

My worst ongoing freeze issue is with LoL XV, on the wave that's Assassin/Gunner/Assassin Shardbornes. Just three enemies, but I can NOT consistently play that wave using max-Awakened Cyborg. Uninstalled, re-installed app, everything. I can run other Eddies, but not Cyborg.

eta: I would understand if I could SEE what's hanging the app, like Raven Witch in the Arena when she steals too many buffs and it takes 30-45 seconds for her moves to finish processing.

Talisman keys seem to drop from the Eternity dungeon.. but that seems like a silly place to get them.. I know they are SUPPOSED to drop from BNW X.. but in 40 runs your lucky to get one key.

I have at least 10 keys (in some cases 99+ keys) for everywhere other than the Mayan and Talisman dungeons.. the inconsistency in key drops is annoying. At least make the Skull quests drop Mayan or Talisman keys .. or make them drop form somewhere other than high difficulty dungeons.

Interestingly, I dont get any of the freezes you and yep are talking about - except for the lol xv one and after testing it only happens using cyborg. Just have to use someone else, like alex, and Im fine!

I don't get any freezes. I get straight out crashes.. most often in the last battle or before the victory screen appears. I think mine are more related to cinematics loading than anything else. (And I have my app set to use the "low" quality.) Sometimes it's a crash the first run (like cosmic dungeons) then it's fine after that. But Raven and Powerslave crash every few runs -- as do most new "event" dungeons.

FWIW: I've had 1 Mayan key drop from the Mayan dungeon itself when I was doing the Necropolis/Mayan priestess achievement challenges (was half way there after the runs for the event were done). they drop a lot rarer than other keys, but they do drop occasionally.

I average about 3 Talisman Key drops per Viral Key on Madness. Mayan is a different story however.

So I decide to buy the last ygdrassil talism for 500 ironite

Now I end up with 6 ygdrassil T's!
