SoL Eddie is awesome now! Still going through lol 10 this morning checking out the changes. Notice the fierce talisman drop, thats for certain, but it also does mean some other toons are doing better now.
Have to give it a couple of days before I comment on the new evo drops, but I am hopeful.

The drop info in kingdoms of sand gives only 2 star blue evo shard.
Can I find 3 stars blue evo shard in this level, in madness ? CAuse there is nowhere in drop info where we can find 3 stars blue evo shards...
The 3* evo color shards only drop in the Lord of Light 7-10, and only the color of the current dungeon day. Yes, the drop chance is very, very low.
