I got 2 new talismans from the new talismans souls... a t1 purple and a t2 blue talisman

So now my doubt is: is it more important the talismans color or the tier?
And do all kind of talis have 3 evolution levels regardless?

Can you post the stats if they're not in the sheet?

I also pulled a T2 blue! +15% MR
