UPDATE 27.11.2016: Added 3 new characters: Corrupt Ox Cultist, Corrupt Droid (warrior) Corrupt Rescuer (assassin). Changed the layout of these three chars, and added the talisman slots there. let me know what you think about it (thanks to aristo, metal, adrea, nicko, and decepticon).

While a number of characters have Power that can steal or block beneficial effects, and some have up to a 50% chance of blocking using their basic power, the Undead Sentinal Rescuer has a 75% chance of blocking beneficial effects using only his basic power. And he hits all targets.
A shame his damage scales with magic instead of HP, but could still see him being pretty useful
