One thing I like about other apps is that when they F up, they compensate their users, better customer appreciation. Just one example and I could give tons, Topps Bunt baseball app had server issues earlier in the week, the very next day they apologized in the app and made all contests free for the day. Giving away free souls and ironite as a 1 time thing would go a long way in making people feel like they aren't forgotten in times like this when the app is falling on its face. I'm sure a free 10 pack of souls or a couple G/A isn't going to hurt NFs bottom line. Should be thinking long term and trying to retain users instead of chase them away.
Yeah I have got one of these silly farming/city building games I play on my phone. Quite often I get a gift of in game cash because something has gone wrong. Thing is I never even notice the problems they are apologising for. I will give you an example of how things are different with this game. Back around September time I got locked out of my LotB account for 9 weeks. No matter what fixes were attempted nothing worked. Eventually it just worked after an update. I didn't even get 1 Ironite as a sorry. To be fair NF were not in sole control of the game then, the sister company Roadhouse were although the crossover from RH to NF did happen while I was locked out and I still got diddly squat.
Don't worry ... the next update is probably only a few weeks away and everything will be changed again ... the direction is unknown but according to the update history of NF there is a very high chance for another SNAFU.
The QA of this app really amazes me. There are huge known fuck ups but the update will be rolled out anyway.

that's no new bug why do i loose 19 points to a player who is below me so much?
and i fully agree with jofer. some compensation, would be very welcome, so the customers feels respected for the time they put in this game, despite the problems they face.
(same with removable skillshards for nerfed characters, for me this is just pure disrespect for the customers, sorry.)
we are dealing with massive issues since july, and every update breaks new things, really frustrating.
while i see some efforts and many good things too, i wonder why this problems cannot be adressed, since some are very old....
