Not sure what you mean, but I'll keep an eye on the other subforums as I usually do, so I'll find out eventually.
But again, a big part of the goal of pricing it the way we did is getting a small amount of these into players' hands.
Like, we could have done a lottery and given no more than 20 active players these souls, or given everyone a chance to earn fragments for a soul that had a very small chance of giving you an Eternity Soul or something... at the end of the day, we didn't want hundreds of people to get a first taste that easily, so someone would have cried foul regardless of the method we chose.
Also, it doesn't really make sense to keep this around as a long term purchase. It costs way less Iron Coins to just buy 2 packs of 10 fragments each week for a few weeks, and that's assuming you're not also getting a decent amount more fragments from making it to Duelist II or higher (which means even less Iron Coins needed per soul). That's the route we expect most players will go, which is why the "whole soul deal" has the short availability.
Sheesh, I'm perplexed as to how this is still happening to you. I think at this point all I can recommend is following up with CS using the in-game Support button, as they'll know more about investigating and solving this issue than me.

remove "limited availability" and keep it as one time purchase... or make it 10k ;-)
